BIOGRAPHY




Born in Diamantina city, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, on January 23rd., 1940. Nowadays, he is one of the Cooperativist Doctrine multipliers.

His uncommon way of working is a mixture resultant of many years of professionalism, beginning at Itacolomi TV in 1955, in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, where he worked at the technical department, in several functions. He was also an actor, news editor and presenter, program director.

In 1963, he entered in Petrobrás where he stayed for over seven years, working in different departments: he supervised the landing preparation for the construction of Gabriel Passos Oil Refinery, in Betim, Minas Gerais. After following many specialization courses, he started inspecting the Oil Refinery installation and assemblage. He was trained in the industrial security area, which made him a member of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention during many years. There, he worked representing alternatively both the company and the employees.

In 1968, when the Commercial Department of Petrobrás was created, Fabiano began to work as an Oil Products seller.

In 1970, he joined a group which installed BR - Petrobrás Distribuidora S.A..

Petrobrás was getting developed, when Fabiano and his mates started to have more important responsibilities. He became the Area Manager.

When he left Petrobrás, he had more Course Certificates than his own age.

Besides the Petrobrás specialization courses, Fabiano graduated in System Analysis, too.

He retired in 1987 and entered in the Cooperativism. To understand this philosophy, he made many courses. Today, he is one of the Cooperativist Doctrine multipliers.

In 1991, he published a work called "Automanagement through education", which attacked the need of training inside the cooperativist system.

After that, as soon as he gathers a good number of points, he publishes another book about Automanagement.

In 1996, he edited "Cooperativism Notions", where he shows some basic informations about the philosophy.

He has already published the "Jóias" series, too, where he writes short, light and rich texts.

Nowadays, he is preparing his first fiction work, named, for the time being, "People from Calafate".
